Founded in 2005 by Rusty Russell, Double R has become a leading service provider in the Agriculture, Transport, Construction, and Mining sectors. With almost 300 dedicated team members, we provide top-quality solutions across eight branches in NSW and WA.
At Double R, we prioritise continuous learning and professional development. Our training programs are designed to meet the diverse needs of our workforce, ensuring our team is equipped with the latest skills and knowledge. We offer a range of qualifications and training programs, from apprenticeships to leadership development, and integrate both on-the-job and off-the-job training experiences.
Our training initiatives have led to outstanding achievements, such as Brad Hickey's ranking as the top Isuzu technician in Australia and Morgan English's participation in the RED BULL 888 racing team. These successes underscore the impact of our training programs on individual and organisational performance.
